Role Title: Cash & Collect Assistant Manager
Location: Manggahan Pasig, Philippines

JOB PURPOSE
The Cash & Collect Assistant Manager is responsible for delivering Cash, Claims and Collections targets while ensuring proper Controls are in place. He/she needs to partner with Internal (Logistics, Finance Controller, Unilever Operations, Customer Business Development) and External partners (Customers, Capgemini and others) to drive end-to-end operational efficiencies.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver Cash, Claims and Collection targets through our internal and external partners
- Build and manage relationship with Internal and External partners (Capgemini, Customers) and other relevant service providers
- Deliver end- to-end operational excellence and efficiencies via continuous improvement projects, automation and process governance
- Partner with Logistics and Customer Business Development to deliver strategic projects to continuously improve and transform the operations
- Ensure controls are executed and reviewed periodically with Risk and Controls Team via Controls Governance
- Drive performance management activities of service partners
- Drive performance through important governance meetings and activities (ie. NACREMS Governance, other required meetings)
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Strong partnering mindset (Internal and External) / Ability to work together with partners
- Process mindset - can spot gaps and propose actions to continuously improve the end-to-end process while balancing stakeholder needs
- Problem Solving and Decision Making – provide problem solving methodology / framework
- Highly data-driven - supports work and decision making with data, ability to visualize and pull qualitative insights from data and strong critical reasoning skills
- Develop and build teams for agility and growth
- Experience in Finance and/or Order to Cash Process is a plus
