HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Manage the cash applications process taking payments received by various avenues and applying it timely and accurately to customer accounts.
  • Accept payments by credit card or other methods as needed.
  • Reconcile any discrepancies in the monies received and the customer accounts.  Work with the Retail Finance team, market developers, retailers and/or riders as needed.
  • Work with the Finance team to address any issues that arise during the month end process or other times throughout the month.
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting on the cash applications process.
  • Periodically run invoices and statements for retailers or other customers.
  • Provide support for Retail Finance during the month end close process.
  • Assist in opening of new doors for businesses including requesting and analyzing financial statements, recommending credit limits and follow up on collecting receivables in a timely way.
  • Transmitting new application and retailer agreements for electronic signature.
  • Refund process and adjustments.
  • Manage checklist for credit line increases.
  • Reconciling payment receipts.
  • Assist with development of department process and procedures.
  • Customer updates and entering new accounts into Oracle.
  • Generate manual credit memo, debit memos, and invoices.
  • Flash reporting.
  • Various other duties as needed from time to time.

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

  • 2+ years of experience in the collections and/or credit field.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Strong customer support background and meticulous attention to details.
  • Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively.
  • Proven follow up; not afraid to ask customers for money.
  • Analyzing financial statements.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong Excel and Word experience is a must. Oracle experience is preferred.
  • This role is on site at our headquarters in Morgan Hill, CA
  • Compensation: $22.00/hr - $35.00/hr
