The Cash Application Analyst will perform daily cash postings to ensure prompt and accurate recording of payments to customer’s accounts. Daily processing will include payments made by credit card, lockbox, ACH and Wires. Lockbox and other payment source reconciliations performed daily. Customer Service Support: Responding to inquiries specific to cash applications and customer accounts via email. Work involves corresponding with internal and external contacts to resolve issues and questions.
What you’ll do

Manage daily application of cash receipts.

Perform AR reconciliation, research and analysis for appropriate decision making.

Reconcile bank accounts.

Assist with inquiries from other departments via cases, tickets and/or emails.

Contact customers as required by phone or email to follow up on pending applications.
What experience you need

High School diploma
-
Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
-
80% knowledge of Excel skills

Proven experience with Salesforce and Oracle systems.

Recent graduate or current student in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Accounting Technical degree preferred.
