Work Schedule:
This position is full-time and remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:
As a Cash Application Specialist, you will be responsible maintaining accurate data as it relates to deposits and active accounts receivable. As a member of the Accounts Receivable team, you would need to be independent and energetic individual who can work with limited supervision by following through with anticipated tasks. You would need to be a self-starter and able to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently on a daily basis.
How You Make a Difference Everyday:
- Import and process all customer payments across all the Business units. Payments must be applied accurately and timely.
- Make responsible decisions in appropriately applying payments to the correct accounts; maintain accurate and concise records of all payments received; maintain unapplied payments
- Manage deduction process by analyzing customer accounts where short payments have been taken.
- Ability to make routine decisions following established policy and procedures; ability to plan daily work for completion; knowledge of computer and related functions
- Work with Account Support and other teams/functions on requests of payment reapplications
- Communicate with other department on various items as needed
- Assist Accounts Payable and Finance departments with audit requests for documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Minimum 1 year proficiency with Microsoft Excel Filters, Formulas, VLookups, & Pivots required
- Minimum 1 year in AR or Cash Application role preferred
- Experience with NetSuite preferred
- Bachelor of Science preferred
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communication
