Responsible for providing software testing and analytical support to CAI customers.Job Description
We are looking for a Case Review Analyst to provide software testing and analytical support to CAI customers. This position will be full-time and onsite in Newark, DE.
What you'll do
Investigate and document constituent complaints
Provide supporting documentation and testimony before administrative bodies or court officials
Identify fraud or abuse in the public assistance programs, and know how to report it appropriately
Review and certify 20 cases per day and provide detailed feedback and training opportunities to management
Process 20 cases a month to retain extensive knowledge of public assistance program policies, procedures, and regulations
Maintain confidentiality in all situations
Communicate with clients regarding their case as necessary
Provide answers to questions from Product Specialists regarding cases at hand
Any further duties assigned by management
What you'll need
Strong working knowledge of Federal laws, rules, regulations, standards, and State Policy related to how the public assistance programs are administered by the Division of Social Services.
One year of experience processing programs of assistance for State government
One year of experience determining compliance with State and Federal laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures
Microsoft Office Suite
Data Entry experience
Attention to Detail
Outstanding organizational skills
Good analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Well organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Solid interpersonal skills, ability to work on a team
Ability to drive work to completion and escalate when necessary
Team oriented individuals that want to make a difference in the community
Transportation to/from office, dependable and on time
Be available to work a minimum of one Saturday a month if necessary.
Preferred Skills:
Strong written and verbal bilingual communication skills
OnBase experience
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
