As a Case Manager in our CTP Insurance team, you will support people recovering from injury by managing claims, working closely with healthcare providers, and helping individuals return to work and life.

You will be joining a collaborative team that spans South Australia and New South Wales. We provide full training, so you do not need prior case management experience, just strong communication skills, empathy, and the drive to help others.

This will be a permanent, full time position based in our vibrant Adelaide office. You will also have the option to work from home for up to 2 days per week once you complete training.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing a portfolio of CTP claims
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver personalized claims management strategies that support the achievement of high-quality outcomes 
  • Working in accordance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
  • Providing a service experience that is tailored, effective and client focused.

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience in claims management in either CTP, Life Insurance or Workers Compensation.
  • An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to provide customer centric support. 
  • A driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills, outstanding organisational and coordination skills. 
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management.
