Case Manager

Job Description: 
The Key Health division of MoveDocs is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager who is responsible for interacting with attorney customers and obtaining information to evaluate purchase of cases on a personal injury lien basis.
Responsibilities:               

• Partners with attorney firms to evaluate personal injury cases and get authorizations
• Grows relationships with attorney firms
• Provides recommendations from the scheduler for providers and appointments
• Assists with scheduling patients as needed
• Delivers customer satisfaction through timely, accurate research
• Achieves weekly volume targets and quarterly measurements to receive extra incentive awards
• Updates electronic client files while interacting with customers via telephone
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or vice-president of the case department

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience interacting with personal injury medical cases
• High School or GED required; some college preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Commitment to detail and quality
• Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
• Risk management experience helpful but not required
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
• Interpersonal communication skills that drive success
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows/Office
• Ability to type 45 wpm
• Ability to work at a computer while on the telephone for up to 8 hours a day
