Qualifications

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or Master's degree in Social Work.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, analytics, and decision-making.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of healthcare systems.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) with a valid Michigan license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in discharge planning, home health care, or managed care.
  • Certification in Case Management (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM).

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or Master's degree in Social Work
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving, analytics, and decision-making skills
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of healthcare systems
