What You Will Accomplish With Us

As a Case Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage short-term and long-term disability claims to achieve the best possible outcomes for claimants.
  • Assess claims, analyze supporting documentation, and ensure all required follow-ups are completed with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support claimants throughout the claims management process by delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Participate in case discussions and collaborate on the management of complex cases.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the department.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has relevant experience in the disability insurance field;
  • Is proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
  • Requires an advanced level of English and French proficiency, as the incumbent will be required to communicate verbally and in writing as part of the assessment, management, and administration of disability claims with unilingual English-speaking and French-speaking clients across Canada on a daily basis.
