We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Manager / Litigation Assistant to support personal injury cases from pre-litigation through litigation. This role requires strong case management skills, the ability to handle discovery processes, and excellent communication with clients, providers, and legal teams.
Requirements:Previous experience in plaintiff personal injury strongly preferred
Litigation and discovery experience is a plus
Familiarity with CasePeer is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
Professional demeanor with a client-focused mindset
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Knowledge of California personal injury claims and litigation processes
Familiarity with discovery procedures and deadlines
Understanding of medical terminology and billing practices
Experience handling UM/UIM claims
Experience managing liens and settlement documentation
Solid understanding of insurance claim procedures
Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement
Handle insurance claims, Letters of Representation, and coverage tracking
Monitor client treatment, coordinate appointments, and maintain case updates
Support attorneys with litigation and discovery, including drafting responses
Communicate with clients to gather documentation and review case details
Track deadlines, follow-ups, and ensure timely case progression
Request and organize medical records, billing, and lien documentation
Maintain accurate and organized files in CasePeer and Box
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and providers
Assist with demand packages, settlements, and case resolution
Document all activities and maintain compliance with internal processes
Track daily activity, report progress, and resolve missing items promptly
