This position is a professional administrative position that is responsible for assisting the Career Center Director with the provision of services for participants. The person in this position is responsible for exercising considerable independent judgment in assisting the Career Center Director in carrying out duties and overseeing the work performance of all Career Coaches and the Resource Navigator in the Program. This person is also responsible for establishing relationships with training providers and referring participants accordingly. This position is under the general guidance and supervision of the Career Center Director.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration or related field

Three years of Workforce Development administrative experience with supervisory experience preferred

Valid MI license and ability to meet agency’s insurance company’s standards for coverage
