Opis posla i odgovornosti

carinjenje uvoznih i izvoznih pošiljki

izdavanje tranzitne dokumentacije

kreiranje i podnošenje isprava u carinskom postupcima

rješavanje reklamacija nastalih u carinskim postupcima (pogrešno tarifiranje i sl.)

manji dio radnog vremena distribucija carinske dokumentacije

poznavanje standardnih operacijskih procedura i sistema kao što je AS 400 i ASYCUDA

Uvjeti:

min. SSS (komercijalno obrazovanje ili specijalno obrazovanje u špediciji)
min. 2 god. radnog iskustva na srodnim poslovima
odobrenje za obavljanje poslova carinskog zastupnika/položen stručni ispit
položen vozački ispit B kategorije
preciznost i orijentacija na detalje
timski rad i razvijene komunikacijske sposobnosti
poznavanje engleskog jezika u govoru i pismu
poznavanje MS Office alata (Word, Excel, Outlook)
poznavanje standardnih operacijskih procedura i sistema

Skills Required

Minimum secondary school education, preferably commercial or specialized freight-forwarding education
At least 2 years of experience in related customs or freight-forwarding work
Authorization to perform customs representative duties or a passed professional examination
Category B driving license
Precision and attention to detail
Teamwork and developed communication skills
English language proficiency, spoken and written
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of standard operating procedures and systems such as AS 400 and ASYCUDA
