The Opportunity
- Lead CW1 deployments and in-country engagements, including new country implementations.
- Proactively learn and share upcoming CW1 features, upskilling offshore support providers.
- Maintain a robust support framework and participate in initial implementations and upgrades.
- Investigate support service level deviations, focusing on customer service and responsiveness.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and perform proactive troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, ensuring quality transitions and developing functional specifications.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Logistics; an IT background is a plus.
- Strong understanding of CW1 and IT experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication
