Job Description
Purpose
Own and lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Brink’s Global Operations Systems Program Director, driving the re‑implementation and convergence of CargoWise, Footprint, Trackonomy, and the future BGS technology stack to deliver a standardized, automated, and scalable global operating model with measurable business outcomes.
Primary Accountabilities
1. Enterprise Program Ownership
- Own program delivery. Single point of accountability for system implementation outcomes across Operations, IT, Finance, and Market Units
- Ensure delivery of productivity, service quality, financial controls, benefits realization/ budgets/ resourcing, and customer experience improvements
2. Global Operating Model & Standardization
- Drive definition and deployment of a global “to‑be” operational template (L4 processes, SOPs, RACI, KPIs)
- Balance global standardization with local regulatory and legal requirements
- Ensure systems enforce standard process execution
3. Core Platform Re‑Implementation Leadership
- Lead re‑implementation and optimization of CargoWise, Footprint, Trackonomy, and integrated platforms
- Own sequencing, dependencies, rollout strategy, and legacy system exit
- Drive fit‑to‑standard decisions and minimize customization and technical debt
4. Automation, AI & Digital Enablement
- Embed eliminate / standardize / optimize / automate / robotize principles by design
- Sponsor straight‑through processing, workflow automation, OCR/ICR, and AI use cases
- Prioritize scalable capabilities over isolated point solutions
5. Governance & Executive Decisioning
- Establish and run global governance, steering forums, and Go / No‑Go decision gates
- Proactively manage cross‑functional risks, trade‑offs, and escalations
- Provide clear, outcome‑based reporting to ELT and sponsors
6. Change, Adoption & Capability Uplift
- Lead global change, training, and adoption strategy with minimal service disruption
- Ensure knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and sustainability post‑program
- Embed continuous improvement as a permanent operational capability
7. Partner & Vendor Accountability
- Own senior‑level engagement with system integrators and technology partners
- Ensure delivery quality, commercial discipline, and contractual accountability
Education & experience
- University Degree in Engineering, IT or adjacent areas
- 10+ of system implementation leadership
- 10+ multi-country team leadership exp
- Desirable international working experience
- Logistics experience is an advantage.
- Process improvement and system implementation are a must have
