Location: London – Corsica Street – working in North London (N8 postal code)
Salary: £28,808 - £31,720 per annum pro rata
Hours: 15 hours per week – Monday - Friday mornings

We are looking for a customer-focused Caretaker to join our Estate Services team in North London covering a property in N8 post code.
Duties will include inspecting and cleaning communal areas ensuring that our estates are kept clean and hazard free with high standards maintained.
You’ll be sweeping, mopping, litter picking and cleaning bin areas as well as carrying out health and safety checks.
