POSITION TITLE
CareScout Sales Intern – Summer 2025
POSITION LOCATION
This position is available to hybrid applicants residing in Richmond, Virginia.
YOUR ROLE
At CareScout, we welcome your technical skills and visionary thinking as an administrative intern. You will be supporting the CareScout Sales Team by assisting with duties including, but not limited to:
What you will be doing
- Working with their manager or a sales associate to complete assigned tasks
- Reviewing current processes, including live observation, for purposes of improving processes; includes updates of documentation
- Assessing whether sales targets are met
- Leverage consumer insights to understand gaps and problems and create an “out of the box” solution or strategy
- Attending meetings and events to observe and learn
- Updating sales records and documents accurately
- Observing the full life cycle of sales
- Other projects/tasks to support the business that align with skill or desired growth of the applicant
What you bring
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, able to work with multiple monitors
- Clear, professional communication, both written and verbal
- Reliable, energetic, detail and goal oriented, able to follow instructions
