CareScout Insurance Internal Wholesaler
POSITION LOCATION

YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Internal Wholesaler, you will play a critical role in deepening distributor relationships within a defined territory. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to BGAs and insurance producers, with greater autonomy in designing outreach strategies, driving complex sales opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to shape the sales approach and execution.
What you will be doing
- Build and manage a high-impact sales territory by developing strong, consultative relationships with BGAs, IMOs, and key producers.
- Deliver compelling presentations of the CareScout value proposition tailored to distributor needs and market trends.
- Execute outreach strategies to grow pipeline and drive long-term sales opportunities.
- Actively monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to ensure territory performance and goal attainment.
- Partner closely with External Wholesalers to coordinate territory coverage, share insights, and implement joint campaigns.
- Provide strategic input into campaign messaging and the development of sales enablement materials.
- Serve as a mentor or knowledge resource to more junior Internal Wholesalers.
- Leverage data tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) to manage relationships, analyze pipeline trends, and provide reporting to leadership.
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in insurance or financial services sales, preferably with a focus on long-term care or related products.
- Active Life & Health license.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse pipeline and territory independently.
Nice to have
- CLTC designation or similar industry credential.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience coaching peers or leading internal training sessions.
