The Role

Position Summary
The Account Management Senior Advisor for the Evernorth CareNav+ product, is the strategic relationship lead for a complex set of CareNav+ clients specific to the Evernorth suite of navigation and Health, Wellness, and Incentive (HW&I) solutions in which they participate.  This position will require deep strategic relationship management capabilities both internally and externally.  Integral to the role will be coordinating with other enterprise account teams, including Express Scripts and Cigna (as applicable).  Additionally, this position will require deep relationship building and coordination externally, with assigned clients, their ecosystem of vendors, and their consultant partners.  Key responsibilities for the CareNav+ Senior Advisor will include:

  • Responsible for client retention, customer satisfaction and achieving corporate goals relative to their book of business
  • Management of the overall client contract including renewal responsibilities
  • Responsibility for the development of the client-specific CareNav+/HW&I strategic plans including the communication of newly released product capabilities to the client and their consultant partners. 
  • Lead in communicating the CareNav+ product roadmap to the clients and their consultant partners as well as collecting external product feedback to share back with internal Evernorth CareNav+ product partners
  • Lead in documenting and managing new client vendor integration requests and prioritizing those requests with Evernorth CareNav+ product partners
  • Lead for strategic meetings scheduled with the clients according to their timing preferences both virtually and onsite
  • Lead for quarterly CareNav+ program reviews with each client
  • Responsible for partnering with the CareNav+ Care Guide Client Account Support Advisor to ensure that member services support meets and exceeds client expectations

The Senior Advisor serves as the client expert and a resource for others within the organization. They share best practices to contribute to development of others and provide forward-thinking leadership designed to move the business forward and lead projects/corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with 6+ years relevant experience.
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Working knowledge of financials.
  • Strong Project management skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to negotiate, lead others, organize, analyze and interpret information.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet goals.

About the Department
As a member of the Sales and Account Management team, you will serve as the face of Evernorth for our clients. When team members aren’t out winning new business, they are focused on managing relationships and retaining current clients


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
