Hourly Wage: $19.00/hr.
Responsibilities- Provide support for individuals with developmental disabilites and challenging behaviors, to relieve family members from daily living activities.
- Implement behavior management strategies including responding to physically aggressive behavior, as trained.
- Engage with the client through activities that they enjoy.
- Recognize and respond to behavioral patterns to anticipate and prevent triggers for behaviors.
- Provide crisis intervention with the client’s safety in mind.
- Maintain a positive relationship with the client and family.
- 18+ years old
- Ability to pass a background check, live scan, and reference check
- Current TB test, Physical, CPR and First Aid certification (valid within 30 days of hire)

Cambrian Homecare is a homecare provider serving seniors and children and adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Since 1996, it has delivered customized, flexible, non-medical care across multiple counties in California, Texas, and Arizona. Its caregivers support daily living, bathing, mobility, feeding, light housekeeping, companionship, and in-home respite, helping clients remain independent and comfortable at home with dignity and security.
