Your team
We’re a diverse team of generalists who aim to know everything about anything Frontify. We love asking questions that drive learning and bringing that knowledge to colleagues and customers. Working cross-functionally, we bridge gaps between Technology, Business, and Services to create a panoramic view of the business. Your mission
You’re equally excited about developing your technical and commercial skills.
On the technical side, your mission is to become the ultimate Frontify product expert—the person everyone turns to when they need to know what’s possible (and what’s not) with Frontify. You’ll dive deep into the Frontify ecosystem and learn how it connects with the tools our customers use every day. You’ll explore how our API and SDK enable those integrations—even if you’ve never heard these acronyms before. (Googled them just now because you hate not knowing something? You’ll fit right in).
On the commercial side, you’ll learn to support our sales and customer-facing teams in positioning Frontify in ways that resonate with a wide variety of use cases. You’ll come up with creative workarounds and alternative approaches to help customers get more value from the platform. The insights you’ll gather from real-world conversations will directly inform our product strategy. You’ll also learn about the tools our customers use most and advise on how Frontify fits into their workflows.
Your responsibilities
- You will take ownership of new requests the team receives—handling them yourself when possible, or forwarding them to the right people when needed.
- You will learn everything there is to know about Frontify and how our customers use it across different industries and workflows.
- You will work closely with various teams to support everything from creating demo environments for prospects to improving enablement material and help center articles.
- You will dive into commercial training sessions to build your confidence and understanding of how Frontify is positioned in the market.
- You will join commercial calls—initially to observe and learn, and soon after to actively support the team by offering product expertise, answering technical questions, and contributing to a successful pitch.
- As you grow in the role, your responsibilities will expand alongside your skills—this is a role designed for people who are hungry to learn and ready to take on more.
Your story
- You're comfortable working in a hybrid setup, spending at least 2-3 days per week in our St. Gallen office.
- As a recent graduate or entry-level professional, you're motivated to learn and grow in the area of technical solutions.
- You love working with people. Any past exposure to sales or customer success through school, internships, or side projects is a bonus.
- You’re a quick study and have easily learned new tools/programs that you were exposed to during your studies or previous work.
- You never settle for the status quo. You’re always looking at how to best optimize and enhance efforts and processes.
- You’re a solution-oriented person. Instead of getting stuck on problems, you look for ways to solve them.
- You’re early in your career and eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You're excited about tech, business, and the magic that happens when partnerships click.
- You enjoy researching, connecting the dots, and figuring out what makes a business tick.
- You're motivated, personable, and proactive with a natural ability to connect with others.
- You’re confident in communicating in English and German fluently. Any other language is a plus!
