Job Description

  • Build strong one‑on‑one relationships with clients to assess needs, address employment barriers, and support job placement and retention
  • Provide comprehensive case management, follow‑up, and individualized support
  • Conduct customer intake, enrollment, and orientation; ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Facilitate job readiness and professional development workshops
  • Coordinate with schools, employers, account managers, and internal teams to support positive outcomes
  • Maintain accurate client records, case notes, and compliance documentation
  • Monitor participant progress, attendance, and follow‑through on planned activities
  • Provide referrals to community and social service resources as needed
  • Manage program operations, including workshops, grants, reporting, and placement data
  • Collaborate with business services to align training with employer needs
  • Support compliance standards, reporting requirements, and operational improvements
  • Assist with center operations and other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, social services, healthcare, communications, or related field or 2 - 3 years of equivalent work experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in career advising, workforce development, or workshop facilitation
  • Strong customer service, communication (written and verbal), and public‑speaking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Demonstrated leadership and adaptability in fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments
  • Knowledge of diverse career pathways; healthcare experience preferred

Additional Information

Starting Hourly Rate: $22 - $24/hr
