Job Description- Conduct eligibility screenings and enroll participants into WIOA Adult, Dislocated Worker, and/or Youth programs
- Perform comprehensive assessments of participant skills, interests, barriers, and career goals
- Develop individualized employment plans (IEPs) with measurable goals and timelines
- Provide ongoing case management, including regular follow-ups and documentation
- Maintain accurate and timely participant records in case management systems
- Deliver career counseling, labor market information, and job search assistance
- Facilitate workshops on resume writing, interviewing skills, and job readiness
- Assist participants with career pathway exploration aligned with in-demand industries in the Cincinnati region
- Connect participants to supportive services such as transportation, childcare, and work-related needs
- Identify and coordinate occupational skills training opportunities (e.g., ITAs, on-the-job training, apprenticeships)
- Monitor participant progress in training programs and ensure successful completion
- Collaborate with training providers, community colleges, and partner agencies
- Ensure adherence to WIOA regulations, policies, and meet team/individual performance metrics
- Track outcomes such as employment placement, retention, and earnings
- Prepare reports and documentation for audits and program monitoring
- Maintain confidentiality of participant information
- 2 years experience in career counseling, case management and Bachelors degree in Human Services, Social Work, Business, Education, or related field or 5 years equivalent experience with HS Diploma
- Strong counseling, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage caseloads of 30+ participants and meet performance targets
- Proficiency in data systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital workspaces (examples: common AI tools, Sharepoint, MS Teams)
- Strong documentation, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including individuals with barriers to employment

Skills Required
- At least 2 years of experience in career counseling and case management
