As a Cards Finance Analytics - Vice President in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of 12 credit card professionals with diverse skillsets, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Help create and standardize a consistent valuation framework for acquisition marketing campaigns across Card
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives within the credit card domain.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics for team, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to ensure their success.
- Oversee a specific book of work within the credit card domain, leveraging deep industry expertise to drive superior outcomes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the credit card market, consumer trends, and competitor activity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments, partners, and regulators.
- Manage a specific book of work within the credit card domain, driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and exceeding targets.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 12+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role within the credit card domain.
- Proven track record of success in driving growth and profitability in the credit card business.
- Strong understanding of credit card products, operations, and marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing and motivating a diverse team of professionals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling tools.
- Ability to understand and work on visualization tools, SAS, SQL, python, machine learning models preferred.
