What You’ll Do
- Process credit card payment exceptions and review activity reports
- Research and resolve card-related issues and payment exceptions
- Assist members and staff with card service inquiries
- Monitor and respond to fraud, lost/stolen cards, and account abuse
- Process balance transfers, returns, check requests, and account closures
- Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information
- Support department operations and ensure policy compliance

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Financial services industry experience
- Strong computer and application skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility
- Professionalism in conduct, communication, and appearance
- Ability to be bonded
- Preferred But Not Required: College degree, service/sales experience, and previous experience in a similar or related role.
