- Understand credit card product schemes, card product features, market trend to derive card acquisition campaigns.
- Be owner of Unsecured Onboarding process, update and enhance the process where applicable.
- Conduct regular profitability analysis to understand business performance & profitability of each campaigns & spending on investment.
- Develop and execute product management strategy & initiatives to drive revenue, manage cost & attrition and boost acquisition across all card products.
- Perform comprehensive market research to understand UOB credit card positioning and areas for improvement to become best-in-class products
- Manage product control to ensure full compliance to product T&C, regulatory requirements, and fair customer treatment
- Manage acquisition gift stocks, reconciliation with vendor and finance team for marketing expense management.
- Maintain relationship with partners to implement campaigns to enhance product benefits
- Build marketing materials for customer communication and product marketing/promotion schemes
- Project management skill to drive key stakeholders to work towards desire target acquisition.
- Develop business tracking reports across product revenue drivers to achieve business targets
- Work in a team with shared responsibilities and work within given deadlines.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the retail business area with a focus on credit card product management, acquisition sales, data analysis and marketing.
- Basic understanding of revenue models to identify product profitability.
- Number oriented and familiar with key drivers of P&L
- Excellent communication skills to build relationship with stakeholders and partners to execute initiatives and strategies
- Excellent strategic thinking skills and time/project management to meet tight deadlines
- Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint and presentation skills and familiar with digital and social media marketing concepts
