Job DescriptionCard Disputes Team Lead, is responsible for the management of operational workload, set the goals and plan to ensure teams meet SLAs, optimise capacity and manage performance to ensure effective execution of workload.
Some of the key responsibilities of the role are:
- Taking ownership of operational payment processes related to Product areas owned by team
- Acting as the first level escalation point for the team as well as internal and external partners
- Developing a strong Operations team and support specialists on their personal growth paths
- Setting goals for the Operations teams and reporting against them, monitoring team’s performance metrics
- Managing team’s resources and their relevant skills, ensuring at all times a high-quality, high-speed workflow with optimal coverage
- Driving operational excellence, while building sufficient controls and assessing and mitigating operational risks
- Ensuring the team’s readiness to handle unexpected situations
- Guaranteeing process documentation within own area
- Guaranteeing team’s input and participation in regional and central Operations planning and Product team Planning
- Collaborating on Leads level to ensure alignment related to relevant Product areas
- You have 5+ years of experience within the card issuance/card disputes domain
- You have experience leading operational teams
- You have a track-record of building teams and developing people
- You have experience working with different functions in an organisation (engineering, analytics, product teams)
- You have good analytical skills, including ability to work directly with business intelligence tools for work-force management information or overall operational and financial performance
- You like to drive collaboration and support people around you with the ability to emphasise people's strengths for a high outcome
