What You'll Do- Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned Chevrolet vehicles
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
- Build relationships with customers and create a positive buying experience
- Maintain knowledge of Chevrolet products, features, incentives, and promotions
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Coordinate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Develop repeat and referral business through exceptional customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to complete pre-employment screening requirements, including background and drug testing where permitted by law
