What you'll be doing
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
- Building strong relationships by understanding each customer's needs and recommending the right vehicle solution.
- Managing your sales pipeline using Dutton's industry-leading systems and processes.
- Working collaboratively with the wider dealership team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Keeping up to date with the latest vehicle models, technology and market trends across a diverse range of prestige and mainstream brands.
About you
- Previous experience in automotive sales or wholesale is essential.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and driven to succeed.
- A current Victorian Driver Licence.
