Lead Cloud Engineer – JD Summary
A senior hands-on cloud and DevOps leader with a strong development background, responsible for building cloud platforms from the ground up, not just deploying applications.
Key Focus Areas:
Designing and building AWS cloud architecture, including Control Tower / Landing Zones
Developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and other tools
Implementing CI/CD pipelines, observability, monitoring, and cloud security
Strong expertise in containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native services
Writing automation scripts (Python, Bash, Shell) and reusable modules
Leading platform engineering initiatives and mentoring junior engineers
Ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and DR across environments
Experience Required:
10+ years overall experience
5+ years hands-on cloud architecture & infra engineering (AWS-focused)
Deep DevOps, IaC, and cloud platform engineering exposure
Skills Required
- 10+ years overall experience
