OverviewAs a Quality Control Specialist, you will support our Data Entry team to ensure all necessary data and processes are adhered to, ensuring 99% accuracy across the team. We promise our clients that all data pertaining to the setup process will meet these standards! Using critical thinking and attention to detail, you will be responsible for supporting the business in identifying errors or trends in the processes that would create an opportunity for incorrect data to be entered. Along with the valuable contribution to the quality of the work, you will also take part in helping to safeguard all practices as they relate to the job, ensuring they are relevant and efficient. This position will provide exposure to the knowledge and experience needed to progress into more client-facing roles within the department.
Responsibilities
- QC Setup templates as well as maintain templates
- QC accounts in transition
- Ensure QC rules are current and relevant
- Provide support during team trainings
- Correct data as needed
- Mentoring Data Entry team members
- Maintain QC accuracy metrics
- Assign errors and provide constructive feedback
