Location: In Office with an option for hybrid after training

Schedule: 6 AM - 3 PM CST, 7 AM -4 PM CST, 8-5 PM CST


Overview 

Client Representatives are the main point of contact for all of our clients. They effectively and efficiently resolve all client concerns by closely monitoring issue trends, consistently proposing system improvements, expertly communicating with clients, and strategically delegating to other team members. We value analytical thinking, so you will need to be able to independently reason and make unaided decisions. If you love working with clients, have excellent communication skills, are self-accountable, like to be challenged, and are looking to use your skills in a professional environment, then this position is for you!

Responsibilities 

As a Client Representative, you will: 

  • Assist clients in all aspects of application and support including troubleshooting, training, and on-going support
  • Train and manage high-end client and marketing reports including exception reports, payment notification reports, and weekly status reports
  • Facilitate recurring client meetings

Maintain internal collaboration with our operational teams
