The Opportunity:

CACI International Inc. is pleased to announce an opening for a Capture Operations Support Intern for the summer of 2025. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside our Strategic Capture team on large-scale, corporately identified capture initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with and support the Strategic Capture team

• Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of capture strategies

• Integrate into a cross-functional team, working with various departments including:

• Solution Developers
• Pricing Leads
• Line of Business Leads
• Contracts
• Subcontracts
• Proposal Operations

Responsibilities:

• Support the strategic capture team with data calls
• Perform research on customer organizations to identify key stakeholders and support the development of the customer engagement strategy
• Participate and facilitate capture and solution working sessions
• Perform opportunity specific competitive intelligence and identify potential teaming partners
• Participate in the development of capture and proposal artifacts
• Track and update opportunities in CRM system

Qualifications:
Required: 

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
• Proactive individual contributor with demonstrated desire to learn with others
• Willingness and ability to experiment with new tools and processes
• A desire to learn about the capture, solution, and proposal development life cycle
• Previous internship experience supporting a capture/BD organization
• Ability to organize work efficiently and manage time effectively
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$35,776 - $66,800
