Role

The successful candidate for the Data Analyst position will be a meticulous and detail-oriented organizer, communicator, self-starter and well motivated quick learner who could work independently and able to be flexible on multiple credit datasets to support our growth and accuracy.
The Capital Structure Analyst will be responsible for regular entry and updating of all public capital structures into CMS, with work divided between inputting Fundamental capital structures on quarterly basis into CMS tool and building and updating capital structures which are not covered by the Reorg Fundamentals team.

Requirements: 

  • Prior experience in capital structure analysis 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data, business administration or financial service
  • Basic understanding of credit market and financial statements
  • Effective project management skills, including strong attention to detail, and demonstrated analytical skills
  • Flexible in working in US and European hours if required
  • Remote working experience across different time zones is a must
  • Drive to continuously improve, owning mistakes and learning from them
  • Action oriented, effective team player and driven to excel
  • Creative in finding the right solutions in a fast paced environment
  • Proactive communicator with a strong work ethic
