Job Description:
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Take charge of initial phone communication to confirm customers' interest and purchase intention in our products through effective dialogue. Thoroughly collect and organize customers' basic information, including but not limited to their needs, budgets, and potential concerns, to provide more targeted services. Promptly pass on the organized customer information to the corresponding regional managers to ensure smooth and efficient follow-up and sales conversion. Develop and execute personalized telesales plans based on the overall strategy of the sales team to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of phone communication. Actively maintain customer relationships, collect customer feedback through regular callbacks, and provide valuable suggestions for continuous optimization of products and services.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
Possess over three years of working experience in sales, with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset. Be familiar with the beauty industry, have a deep understanding of beauty products and their market, and possess keen insight. Possess outstanding telephone and written communication skills, able to quickly capture customer needs and accurately communicate the core value of products. Have good team collaboration skills, able to seamlessly integrate with the sales team and jointly drive the achievement of sales targets. Be proactive, able to withstand a certain level of work pressure, and possess excellent self-management and time management skills.
