CONMED Orthopedics is seeking an ambitious Capital Sales Representative to represent our expansive product portfolio that ranges from Hall Surgical Powered Instruments, our 4k Visualization System, and AED products.

As an Orthopedic Capital Sales Specialist, you will be given the opportunity to strategically sell and promote CONMED’s Orthopedic products within a defined geographic territory to our customers. This will be accomplished by providing outstanding customer service as well as product demonstrations/presentations within the Operating Room & office settings to surgeons and hospital personnel.

What You Will Do:

  • Generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing business
  • Meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas assigned by the company
  • Observe procedures in the operating room of hospital accounts to gain insight into the needs of physicians and OR staff
  • Respond quickly to customer needs regarding products and service and collaborate with the appropriate CONMED team to develop creative and optimal solutions
  • Communicate with senior executives and key decision-makers

What You Need:

  • One of the following:
  • Bachelor's degree + 2 years medical device sales experience, capital sales experience preferred
  • 6+ years of medical device sales experience or industry experience

Travel Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to meet with customers at hospitals and to be a member of a credentialing agency
