Currently, we are seeking a Capital Project Engineer to join our team in Dublin 12.

What you will do
The focus in the Capital Project Team is to improve our current factories and expand into further facilities to enable us to meet our production deadlines safely and efficiently.
How you will do it
Support and execute capital improvement projects across current factory sites.
Assist in the planning and setup of new manufacturing facilities.
Develop and investigate solutions with the operations teams.
Produce scopes of work and price jobs with contractors.
Schedule projects so that there is minimal impact to production while ensuring alignment within internal teams and contractors.
Work closely with EHS to ensure that the contractors meet the site safety requirements and that the jobs are completed in a safe manner.
On the ground support and management during the execution of the projects, monitor progress and resolve issues.
Help in applying for capital budgets, including cost justification.
Use AutoCAD to create and update factory layout drawings.
Ensure that projects meet current building, disability and fire regulations.

About 2-3 years of experience as a project engineer
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical/Building Services).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven commitment to health and safety, particularly in contractor management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
