Key Responsibilities:
- Work within corporate models to develop base and sensitivity cases pro forma for proposed capitalization scenarios
- Build pitches and weekly market updates including market conditions, comps/RVAs, execution strategies and term sheets, as directed by senior deal team members
- Participate in business and financial due diligence, aggregating key findings for the team’s benefit
- Prepare marketing materials, confidential information presentations, management presentations, and other presentations as needed
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of key factors in the syndicated and institutional loan markets and high yield capital markets
- Participate in legal calls to gain familiarity with engagement papers, commitment documents and credit agreements
- Communicate effectively with all members of the team, taking responsibility for the timely completion of tasks and management in the midst of multiple simultaneous work streams
- Mentor incoming analysts

- 2+ years of Investment Banking experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses preferred; If unlicensed, registration must be completed within a designated period following the date of hire
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external clients Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple project deliverables simultaneously
Education:
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields
