About the Role:
Lendz Financial is expanding our Capital Markets team and is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Capital Markets Analyst to join us at our Las Olas Boulevard. office. This is a rare opportunity to break into the mortgage industry with hands-on training, mentorship, and the ability to grow your career from day one.
This full-time, entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a degree in finance, business, or a related field who are hungry to learn and ready to work hard. If you’re excited by fast-paced environments, love working with numbers, and want to gain foundational experience in mortgage operations and capital markets, this role is for you.
This role is fully on-site from 9am-6pm Monday through Friday at our Las Olas Boulevard headquarters.
What You’ll Learn and Do:
You’ll be trained to support our loan operations by helping manage rate lock requests, ensure pricing accuracy, and support compliance with investor guidelines across a variety of lending channels. Key responsibilities you’ll grow into include:
- Assisting with the processing and tracking of daily loan rate lock requests
- Supporting loan officers and partners by helping provide accurate pricing scenarios
- Learning to verify investor selection and loan-level price adjustments
- Helping monitor lock expirations and assist with re-locks, extensions, or cancellations
- Learning how to maintain clean, accurate data in the loan origination system (LOS)
- Assisting in reviewing loan delivery documents to ensure they meet investor standards
- Collaborating with team members to identify and improve workflow processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in an office, finance, or operations setting
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the mortgage and financial services space
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage shifting priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
