1.Compliance Tasks• Manage SET and SEC disclosures (e.g., Form 56-1 One Report and notifications to the SET and SEC).
• Evaluate compliance issues and regulatory concerns across the Company.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations in capital market and recommend appropriate actions.
• Develop, implement and monitor compliance policies, procedures and governance frameworks to ensure compliance
• with capital market laws, SEC/SET regulations, and internal requirements, e.g., Material Transactions (MT), Related Party
