The Difference You Make:

The Senior Associate supports the day-to-day operations in (Capital Planning and Recovery & Resolution).

Formulates and updates policies and guidelines on the planning and management of the company's recovery and resolution plan.

  • Day-to-day execution of operations in (Capital Management and Recovery and Resolution Processes).

  • Validate the accuracy of internal reporting of financial and operational data.

  • Perform variance, reconciliation and forecasting analysis of key financial data.

  • Ensures resolution policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed.

  • Primary skills for the candidate to be successful in this role include the ability to: (i) distill complex regulatory requirements and related updates / enhancements into well-written and detailed narratives within defined timeframes, (ii) balance numerous workstreams in driving effective completion of key deliverables

  • Financial statements understanding and basic financial forecasting skills such as balance sheet and income statement understanding

  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to work in a dynamic situation with changing priorities while still meeting deadlines

  • Collaborate with various internal teams such as Risk, Compliance, Finance and Legal to gather necessary inputs for reporting and support review and challenge activities

  • Coach junior level team members to enhance leadership skills and subject matter expertise.

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment

  • Perform review and challenge and quality control of narrative components to promote alignment with requirements

Bachelor's Degree: Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent field. - Required.
Master's Degree Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent field. - Preferred.
9+ Years Banking/Financial Services Industry or related field - Required.

3+ Years Financial Planning, Analysis or related experience. - Required.

3+ Years Recovery & Resolution, Capital Management. - Preferred.

  • Ability to work well within a team, prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.

  • Ability to convey a sense of urgency and drive.

  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to make effective decision making on complex matters.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.

  • Detail oriented with ability to research, organize and analyze financial data.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Advanced in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$101,250.00 USD

Maximum:

$180,000.00 USD
