Job Details:Job Description: Intel is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Capital Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and contribute to the success of our rapidly evolving business landscape. In this role, you will enable business units across all Intel groups to execute their capital spending strategies by managing the end-to-end financial processes from initial forecasting through fund authorization to actual expenditure tracking. You will serve as a key financial partner, ensuring seamless system operations, accurate reporting, and process optimization that directly supports Intel's strategic capital investments and business growth objectives.
The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:
Capital Process Management and System Operations
• Execute system transactions to support business partners' capital forecasting, fund authorization requests, and expenditure tracking
• Manage Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) creation and maintenance for capital projects across Intel business units
Financial Analysis and Reporting
• Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for leadership decision-making
Process Improvement and Automation
• Identify, develop, and implement innovative process improvements
• Recommend and develop automation solutions to streamline system transactions, reporting processes while enhancing user experience and reducing manual intervention
• Design and optimize financial tools that bridge technical system capabilities with business requirements
• Support the evaluation and implementation of new financial systems and technologies
Collaboration and Compliance
• Partner with cross-functional teams including business units, procurement, and IT to ensure seamless capital process execution
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and corporate policies

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, Accounting,
• 6 months of experience in Capital or Fixed Assets Accounting
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel for Data Analysis (Managing large sets of data).
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven prior experience in relevant financial roles including shared service center.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and process improvement mindset.
• Interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build trust.
• Passion and knowledge for Driving process improvements, Automation, standardization, and business process management (BPM).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering accurate and high-quality results.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a deadline driven environment.
