About this role:

The goal of this role is to deliver seamless world-class benefits to our associates worldwide. This includes supporting the administration of Gartner’s capital appreciation plans including 401(k), RRSP, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Stock Appreciation Rights, Restricted Stock Units, and Deferred Compensation. These top tier benefits are important for attracting and retaining associates.

What you’ll do:

  • Daily administration of Gartner’s 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), Stock Appreciate Rights (SARs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and Deferred Compensation plans
  • Handles daily reporting and reconciliation activities including reporting to E*Trade regarding domestic and international equity activity; 401(k) plan activities including loans
  • Act as a fulfiller for associate inquiries on all equity plans including but limited to, 401k, ESPP, etc. through AskHR
  • Prepares company responses to 401(k) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audits
  • Prepares financial statements for 401(k) plan
  • Reconciles and balances plan activity at month-end
  • Reconciles and balances ESPP activity quarterly
  • Work with A/P to process invoices
  • Partner with internal teams and handle vendor relationships
  • Support associate tax inquires related to equity grants

 What you’ll need:

  • 1-2 Years of experience with equity, deferred comp or benefits
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Bachelor’s degree required (no required major)

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 69,600 USD - 96,750 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
