1. CAPEX Planning & Management
Develop and manage the plant’s annual CAPEX budget to support long-term strategic investment in equipment, technology, and infrastructure.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize capital projects that align with business objectives.
Conduct feasibility studies, financial analyses, and ROI assessments for proposed investments.
Track, monitor, and report on CAPEX utilization and performance against targets.
2. Project Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of engineering and infrastructure projects (e.g., equipment installation, new lines, plant expansions, utilities).
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.
Apply project management methodologies and tools to ensure efficiency and accountability.
Manage project risks with appropriate mitigation strategies.
Supervise contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required specifications.
3. Compliance & Standards
Ensure projects meet HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), food safety, and statutory requirements.
Apply FMCG best practices in the design, commissioning, and validation of equipment.
Guarantee asset reliability, sustainability, and efficiency through proper project execution.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with operations, finance, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Liaise with vendors, consultants, and government authorities as required.
Provide clear communication to leadership through regular project updates and reports.
Partner with plant leadership to align performance with CAPEX objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project/engineering management within FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries.
Proven experience leading multi-million-dollar CAPEX projects.
Strong knowledge of FMCG operations, utilities, and production lines.
Excellent project management, budgeting, and analytical skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external contractors.
High commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability.
Skills Required
