Your role will seat under the Operations (Manufacturing and Production) product family within the Tech team, and you will be part of a product squad, Sustainability & Responsibility (S&R).

Pernod Ricard has an ambitious 2030 Sustainability & Responsibility (S&R) roadmap, aligned with the United Nations SDGs, focusing on nurturing terroir, valuing people, circular making, and responsible hosting.

You will work on Sustainability and Responsibility applications, interacting across distinct functions of the group, including Manufacturing, Procurement, Human Resource, Finance, Legal… You will work on topics such as Climate, Resource, Water, Pollution, Biodiversity, Health and Safety, Human Rights, Compliance…

Your key missions :

  • You will work closely with the business and data analyst teams to collect relevant data on environmental impact, social initiatives, and governance practices.

  • You will assist the S&R Product Owner in meeting CSRD, EUDR, PPWR... and ESG reporting commitments.

  • You will ensure compliance with CSRD guidelines and other relevant regulations. The S&R BA will help define sustainability reporting, including ESG metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • The current Pernod Ricard ecosystem is a fragmented operating model. The S&R Business Analyst will act as a change enabler by contributing to the definition with our S&R business counterparts of a target tech strategy to meet our company’s sustainability ambitions.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

The responsibilities encompass capturing Business/Tech stakeholders' needs and translating them into functional specifications to fuel a product backlog. Collecting insights to support decision-making is part of the role, aiding the Product Owner in defining, delivering, and monitoring product value.

  • Agile Specialist : Bring agile ways of working to life by organising the agile ceremonies and ensuring the squad is following the Tech Team guidelines

  • Demand management & Backlog Management : Perform detailed analysis to ensure understanding of business needs and convert them into detailed functional & non-functional specifications. Convert business requirements into EPIC's, Features and User stories to fuel a product backlog. Secure maintenance of requirements throughout product lifecycle, translating product backlog into functional and non-functional requirements at each phase

  • Product lifecycle management : Collaborate with development team to ensure proposed technical solutions for the Products are addressing business needs. Contribute to functional and non-functional testing, assist Product Owner in defining and monitoring product value. Build documentation on processes & results to ease understanding of stakeholders & decision-making on value. Support documentation creation for final users. Prepare roll-out plan in coordination with proximity teams

  • Incident management : Contribute to L2/L3 support, identify & implement incident resolution

YOUR TEAM

Reporting Line (direct/indirect): Product Owner (support him/her in their daily activity)

Key internal stakeholders: Other squad members (to collaborate as part of the same agile squad), Domain Proximity Specialists (to consolidate Business demands), Service Management (to jointly work on incident Management and resolution), Key Users (to collect business needs)

Key external stakeholders : Existing partners of the already existing applications, New partners upon validated solutions and agreements.
