Primary Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the capability backlog for assigned work, including writing, refining, and prioritizing features and user stories
- Collect and document business requirements, needs, and wants, and translates them into clear, actionable product requirements as documented in features and user stories.
- Represent our clients and stakeholders and act as a single point of contact for collaboration with developers, architects, and release managers
- Owns capability and feature level grooming, sizing, and estimation
- Develops & manages a release plan for features in collaboration with the development team and RTE
- Issue & Risk management, end-to-end (E2E) testing oversight and project documentation creation
- Defines acceptance criteria for capabilities, and when necessary, features and user stories & accepts features and user stories as they are completed
- Reports updates on status, issues and blockers to PMC, Product Manager, and Program Managers
- Communicates the product vision and roadmap to the stakeholders and product teams
- Supports PO/ BA / SME team members
- Reporting Package (Project Health/Status/Watch list & Resource Actual Time Reporting & Resource Forecasted Capacity)

Required Qualifications:
- Masters' degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management/Agile Product Management
- Experience writing clear capabilities and features
- Experience with mid to large scale initiatives that involve significant development and deployment, including leading a diverse cross-functional team
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Understands the customer goals clearly while developing the product vision and roadmap & communicate it back to customers/product teams
- Advance level of proficiency with PC/Web based software programs such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Clarity, Rally, AHA, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and an ability to present information in a variety of different formats to all levels of stakeholders
- Proven excellent analytical skills
- Demonstrates critical thinking and intellectual curiosity with the ability resolve issues
- Proven ability to internalize, interpret and document complex scenarios clearly and concisely
- Proven assimilates quickly to new environments and pressures, exhibits flexibility, and applies a continuous learning mindset in all aspects of work
