You’ll design, coordinate and embed the learning and tools to lift risk maturity across the organisation. This hands‑on capability role combines learning strategy, content design, training operations and governance alignment to ensure leaders and teams have the knowledge, skills and evidence to fulfil their risk responsibilities.

What can you expect?

  • A high‑impact role partnering with multiple business teams to translate risk and regulatory requirements into practical learning and toolkits.
  • A mix of strategic planning (learning roadmap, target audiences) and delivery (content creation, asset production, training operations).
  • Responsibility for auditable training evidence and reporting to support risk/compliance governance.
  • Ongoing iteration: you’ll monitor uptake and effectiveness and refine content, formats and channels to increase adoption.

What is in it for you?

  • Visible influence on organisational risk capability and regulatory readiness.
  • Opportunity to lead risk and regulatory learning programs and shape how the business learns and embeds new ways of working.
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Hybrid working and development in learning design, change enablement and risk education.

We will count on you to:

  • Support development of a structured learning approach: roadmap, audience segmentation and timelines.
  • Develop, curate and maintain learning content and toolkits (modules, slide decks, recordings, briefing materials) aligned to regulatory uplift.
  • Coordinate production of learning assets and keep content current and business‑relevant.
  • Run training operations: scheduling, communications, hosting logistics, learner support and completion tracking.
  • Implement attendance/completion capture and post‑training surveys as evidence of participation and effectiveness.
  • Maintain auditable training records and produce reporting suitable for risk/compliance governance.
  • Partner and coordinate with SME to validate learning before release.
  • Gather feedback, monitor uptake and iterate content, toolkits and delivery methods to improve understanding and adoption.

What you need to have:

  • Tertiary qualification in business, economics or a related discipline (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience building and running end‑to‑end regulatory training programs (recordings, presentations, toolkits/FAQs, completion evidence).
  • Demonstrated success supporting operational, risk and compliance change through capability building and adoption activities.
  • Experience measuring learning effectiveness using a structured evaluation model and applying insights to improve outcomes.
  • Experience designing and running champion/super‑user programs to drive adoption at scale.
  • Strong learning design and content development skills, and experience delivering training at scale.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong stakeholder management and ability to work across the organisation.

What makes you stand out:

  • Track record delivering risk or compliance training that measurably improved risk behaviours and adoption.
  • Practical experience with LMS, learning production tools, e‑learning and blended delivery approaches.
  • Experience using structured evaluation frameworks to show impact and inform continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and coordinate SMEs to produce fit‑for‑purpose, auditable learning materials.
  • Energy, initiative and a flexible, solution‑focused approach balanced with attention to detail and governance.
