As the Capability Development Specialist, you play a critical role in translating brand ambition and business strategy into actionable frontline capability. You design, develop and deliver impactful learning solutions that elevate product knowledge, brand storytelling and sellout excellence.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Planning
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive capability development strategy aligned with regional and organizational objectives
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with business leaders, Product lines, Sales team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of capability development initiatives with business goals.
  • Work closely with other Head of Trade Operations to ensure consistency and standardization of learning initiatives across the region.
  • Needs Analysis & Training Project Management
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and effectiveness of capability development initiatives.
  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-impact capability development programs tailored to the unique needs of each market in the region
  • Shopfloor assistants and brand promoters in stores interact with our customers on the daily basis. Therefore, ensuring proper knowledge level in those groups, good understanding of our brand stories and product benefits, is key factor to drive outstanding consumer experiences in stores.
  • Ensure that all important messages are included in training decks and training plans reflect business priorities and product launches.
  • Stay abreast of learning technologies and recommend their integration to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of learning programs

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • At least 4 years of experience in learning and development.
  • Proven experience in conducting needs assessments and designing and implementing successful capability development programs
  • Familiarity with learning technologies and digital learning content development

• Energy. You are passionate about what you do and able to transmit that energy to your team. Challenges are there to be overcome!

Where you'll be:

You will be based at the APAC Regional Office, located in Bangkok, Thailand. Occasional travel in the region may be needed.

You will be based in our Jakarta Office, Indonesia.
