Santiago General Contractor Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated Canvassing Manager to lead our door-to-door marketing team in the Vancouver, WA area. This is a great opportunity for a driven leader who enjoys building teams, developing talent, and delivering results.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of canvassers
  • Assign and manage territories throughout Vancouver, WA and surrounding areas
  • Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and local marketing efforts
  • Set appointments for bathroom remodeling services
  • Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs and goals are met
  • Coach team members on scripts, messaging, and sales techniques
  • Track and report daily and weekly results
  • Ensure accurate collection of homeowner information
Requirements
  • Prior door-to-door sales or canvassing experience required
  • Previous leadership or canvassing management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Results-driven with a competitive mindset
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Physically able to walk 3–5 miles daily
  • Comfortable engaging with homeowners and setting appointments
