What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate a team of canvassers to get leads and drive sales
• Create and implement effective canvassing strategies
• Train and support your team to ensure their success

What You Need:

• 3+ years experience in door-to-door canvassing
• 3+ years strong team management and leadership experience
• Great communication and people skills
• A results-driven and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
