The Harvest and Trim Technician plays a key role in the post-production lifecycle, supporting the harvesting, trimming, and packaging of cannabis plants. Under the direction of the Post-Production Manager, this role ensures all processes are executed in alignment with company SOPs and quality standards.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

City: Webberville, MI

In this role you will….

  • Assist with all stages of the harvest process, including:
    • Plant takedown
    • De-stemming, trimming, and sorting
  • Perform trimming of dried plants, ensuring trimmed leaf, trimmed flower and stems or other waste are separated and per harvest batch to be weighted and reported properly.
  • Trim dried cannabis plants with precision, ensuring proper separation of flower, leaf, stems, and waste by batch.
  • Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by the Post-Production Manager.
  • Support packaging, curing, and pre-roll production as needed
  • Follow strict biosecurity and cleanliness protocols in all work areas.
  • Keep harvest areas organized and ensure proper waste disposal by batch.
  • Perform quality checks during trimming and packaging to ensure product standards are met.
  • Sanitize tools, equipment, and workspaces according to SOPs after each use.

    Skills and experience you have...

    • Previous post-production experience required, dry trimming experience preferred.
    • Hard working and used to physically demanding work, standing or sitting all day.
    • Strong attention to detail and positive team player.
    • Must be at least 21 years of age, and able to pass a background check.
    • Energetic team player, willing to take direction and learn new skills.
    • Ability to complete work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and efficient systems.
    • Ability to communication clearly and accurately.
    • Some weekends, holidays, or overtime are required.
    • Must be able to obtain & maintain required state licenses based on work location.
